1.What was your experience publishing your first book? "It was exciting, yet a surreal experience. I had actually wrote my book about 2 years prior to publishing it. I was so thrilled to write a story that is very common and a part of the human experience that I did not even consider how it was going to be publish, whether self-publish or to hire a publishing company to do it, that after the book was complete, I then started thinking about publishing. The process in selecting a publisher was so overwhelming that I put the book on the shelf and didn’t think about it until COVID hit. Like many Americans, we were home and had nothing but time. I thought around April or May that it was time to pick the book up again and research publishing companies. I came across a publishing company that provided the requirements that I was looking for and contacted them, and the rest was history."

2. What city do you currently reside in? And what do you like most about your current city? "I currently live in Tokyo, Japan. What I like most about Tokyo is living with the locals and learning about the culture and how they do life."

 3. How has becoming an Author helped you in other areas of your life? "It has helped me to step outside of my comfort zone to some degree. I have had the opportunity to share my story with elementary students." 

4. What have you experienced as a Counselor that has helped you as an author? "As a counselor, I work with so many students and get the opportunity to hear so many stories. A lot of the stories I hear has to do with grief and loss, which encompass more than death. There are approximately over 40 kinds of loss. Some of the more common losses other than death for children are divorce, pet loss, and moving."

Meet Atlanta Model Ronald Fields III

In the early 2000's, Atlanta Georgia became popular for the success of many music artist ranging from R&B, to Hip Hop. Along the way, the fashion industry opened up many opportunities for Models and Designers around the world to connect and excel in Atlanta. Today, Next Media Source has the opportunity to meet Ronald Fields III who is a Model in Atlanta, GA. 

When did you first start your career in Modeling? "I started modeling in March of 2022." What city do you currently reside in? And what do you like most about your current city? "I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. What I love most about Atlanta is the opportunities, the community and overall being in a thriving, historical city." How has the entertainment industry made an impact in your life? "The entertainment industry has made an impact on my life tremendously! It’s something I have always been intrigued and inspired by. I’ve always envisioned myself in some form of art/entertainment. At this time of my life, I believe I’m ready to make my mark and fully embrace who I am as an entertainer." What was your experience like when you booked your first Modeling job? "My first official modeling gig that I booked was smoother than I thought it would be. It was back in my hometown of Cleveland, Ohio and there were over 100 people auditioning. I felt confident and I knew people that were also auditioning which helped me feel comfortable. Ever since I booked that first show, it progressively got better and made me feel like I was meant to be in this lane."

South Florida's diversity in food, culture, and successful businesses continue to attract thousands of tourists from around the globe every year. Today, Next Media Source has the privilege of sitting down with South Florida's very own Persephone Troutman, a professional Realtor and visionary. Persephone will share insights of her journey to becoming a Realtor and what she hopes to accomplish this year and beyond.

Persephone began her Real Estate career in 2021 while working in Property Management for a local company in South Florida. This opportunity allowed her to obtain a Real Estate license and to pursue her dream of becoming both a Realtor and entrepreneur. Persephone's experience in Property Management proved to be a natural fit and transition to the Real Estate industry. Her greatest joy is helping others achieve homeownership and is the driving force behind her passion for Real Estate.

How has the Real Estate Industry shaped your life? “My fascination with Real Estate dates back to my youth, I have always been interested in this field. I dream to own my own Real Estate investment company and working in the field has taught me so much.” Tell me about what you have enjoyed the most as a Real Estate Agent? “Being a catalyst for positive change in my clients’ lives, whether in property management or real estate, brings me immense joy. Witnessing the happiness on someone’s face as they secure their dream home is truly fulfilling.” What is next for you in your career that our viewers can look forward to? “My goal this year is to turn 10 renters into first time home buyers and assist 10 new clients in finding their next rentals. I aim to expand my social media presence for my business on multiple platforms.”
